As soon as possible, provide a copy of the “Record of Faculty/Student Conference Form” to the student either in person or via U.S. Mail Return Receipt – signature required. The US Post Office in the Student Union can assist in sending mail in this manner.
The Dean of Students Office or the College Dean’s Office may be able to help respond to parent calls/email in reaction to a suspected case of academic dishonesty.
If the incident occurs at the end of the semester, the grade awarded should be an incomplete “I” until the matter is resolved.
