HECMA Lodging Information

The Roundtable Committee is pleased to present HECMA 2014 attendees with a variety of lodging options for this year's roundtable: on-campus accommodations, major hotels and charming B&B's. Questions? Please contact us at HECMA2014@gmail.com.  

  • On-campus housing - Approximate cost per room: $33.00/night (single), $27.00/night (double)
    • On-campus housing is available at the Coronado Residence Hall, which is walking distance from Main Gate Square, as well as the Student Union Memorial Center. Coronado is also just a few minutes from a CatTran shuttle stop, which will transport you to different areas on campus. Room is equipped with free WiFi and guests will also have access to dorm facilities including a TV lounge, exercise room and free laundry. Click here to take a short tour of Coronado Residence Hall.
    • If you are interested in staying on-campus, please fill out and email the attached form to HECMA2014@gmail.com. Please note that at this time, we can only accept payment by check  Payment information, including payment for parking pass, can be found on the form.
      • If staying at on-campus at Coronado and will need parking, a required parking pass is available for $12/day .

  • Tucson Marriott University Park - Rates as low as $139++/night.
    • Situated at the main gate of The University of Arizona, the Tucson Marriott University Park is only 10 minutes away from the Tucson International Airport and just steps from Main Gate Square and Tucson's most vibrant social and cultural neighborhood. The hotel is within walking distance of over 30 restaurants, shopping, touring Broadway shows, and 4 museums.
    • 5-10 minute walk from the roundtable sessions. 
  • Aloft Tucson University Hotel - Rates as low as $129++ /night.
    • Aloft Tucson University is a newer hotel located right next to the northeast corner of the UA campus. The hotel is pet-friendly, 100% non-smoking and has free parking. In addition to complimentary wireless Internet access and iPod docking stations, guestrooms feature refrigerators along with climate control and signature bedding. Recreational amenities include an outdoor pool and a 24-hour fitness facility.

  • Peppertrees Bed & Breakfast - Please visit website for information on rates. 
    • A beautiful B&B located in the historical and cultural heart of Tucson. Peppertrees is located two short blocks west of the University of Arizona; if you are looking for a great place to stay, you could not be much closer.
    • 10-15 minute walk from the roundtable sessions. 
  • Adobe Rose Bed & Breakfast - Please visit website for information on rates. 
    • Originally built in 1933, the Adobe Rose Inn Bed and Breakfast is located in the historic Sam Hughes neighborhood in Central Tucson, just two blocks east of the University of Arizona. Nestled in this architecturally diverse neighborhood, the Adobe Rose Inn is an ideal stop for vacationers, parents or students, and professional travelers.
